SSC signature resizer (10–20 KB)

Make your signature fit SSC rules: a JPG between 10 and 20 KB.

Sign in black ink on white paper, take a photo, then crop tightly around the signature before using this tool. The black & white option is on by default to make the ink crisp.

How to use it

  1. Take a clear photo or scan (good light, plain background).
  2. Choose it here. The form preset is already selected; edit the numbers if your notice differs.
  3. Download the file, already named photo.jpg or signature.jpg, and upload it to the portal.

Questions

What is the SSC signature size?

A JPG of 10–20 KB, about 6 × 2 cm. Signatures in capital letters are usually not accepted.

What if my notification gives different numbers?

Edit the width, height, minimum and maximum KB fields. The result updates instantly.

Why is my file slightly bigger than the original?

Some portals reject files below a minimum size. If the compressed photo is too small, the tool adds harmless padding data so it meets the minimum. The picture is unchanged.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript, so your files never leave your device. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it keeps working.
