Compress JPEG

Make JPG photos smaller without visible quality loss. Pick a quality level or a target size.

JPEG is the format phones and cameras save photos in, and those files are often 3–10 MB. Re-saving at 70% quality typically brings a photo down to a few hundred KB while keeping it sharp on screen.

Transparent areas are filled with white, since JPG has no transparency.
