The RRB NTPC 2026 forms are reported to be open now. The Graduate posts form (CEN 06/2026) closes on 6 November 2026, and the Undergraduate posts form (CEN 07/2026) closes on 13 November 2026. RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) is the Railway Recruitment Boards' exam for posts such as Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist and Trains Clerk (12th pass). Graduate posts include Goods Train Manager, Chief Commercial-cum-Ticket Supervisor, Junior Accounts Assistant and Senior Clerk.

Your name and date of birth must match your Class 10 certificate, and your Aadhaar if you use it.
How to prepare each file
Signature. Draw a 35 x 20 mm box on white paper, about the size of a small stamp, and sign inside it in black ink. Use your normal running handwriting, not capitals. Photograph it in daylight and crop the image to the box. The signature has an unusually high minimum of 30 KB, so do not over-compress it. If it is above 49 KB, use compress image to 50 KB and then check that it has not dropped below 30 KB.
Live photo. Face a window or lamp, keep a plain wall behind you, and remove caps and dark glasses. Hold the phone at eye level. Keep the same look for the exam day, because your face is checked there.
Scanned photo for other steps. Some later stages, or other railway forms, may still want a photo file or prints. The RRB photo resizer makes one in the usual railway format.
Certificates. If you are claiming free travel as an SC/ST candidate, scan the certificate. Join pages with JPG to PDF and reduce the size with compress PDF to 500 KB or as the CEN specifies.

Common reasons applications get stuck
- Signature file under 30 KB, a very common mistake when people reuse a 10–20 KB SSC signature.
- Signature not in running handwriting, or not inside the 35 x 20 mm area.
- Live photo failing because of light or glasses.
- OBC-NCL or EWS certificate outside the validity window stated in the CEN.
- Choosing the wrong RRB. Your choice of RRB decides the zone you compete in, and it cannot be changed after the correction window.
